01 - In a medium bowl or mason jar, add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and no dry pockets remain.
02 - Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or seal the mason jar with its lid. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
03 - In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and give the oats a good stir. Add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner, creamier consistency.
04 - Transfer to serving bowls if desired and top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, nut butter, or shredded coconut. Serve chilled.
